Thanksgiving Menu for 2009

Thanksgiving is about three weeks away. This is a delicious feast I will prepare for my guests. Serve dishes you feel comfortable making, but maybe try one new dish that sounds appealing to you. This way if it turns out “not so good”, you still have all the others dishes. Your guests will NEVER know. This marks the first time I have made a Pomegranate and Bourbon turkey.

Besides the turkey and side dishes, I will also be showing you cooking tips, setting up your table and some festive Thanksgiving Day decorations.


THANKSGIVING DAY MEAL

Glazed Molasses Carrots
Brussel Sprouts with Apples & Bacon
Whipped Mashed Potatoes with Sour Cream & Chives
Acorn Squash
Cornbread Stuffing with Apples, Celery & Rosemary
Green Beans with White Wine & Lemon
Cranberry , Orange & Pear Chutney
