Whipped Mashed Pototoes
This is a simple recipe for WHIPPED MASHED POTATOES
12-14 medium red potatoes (washed, diced and skin on)
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tablespoon fresh chives
1. Bring potatoes to a boil in a medium sauce pan and cook until soft, 6-10 minutes. Remove and drain.
2. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream and chives and mash until fluffy.
SERVES: 6-8 | TIME: 20 minutes
