Worth Checking Out – Kelley’s Katch Caviar

January 31, 2010

Recently, I was introduced to Kelley’s Katch Caviar by my friend Zoey and her husband, Gideon. This caviar is “produced from the roe of Paddlefish found in rivers of Tennessee and other American states.” Kelley’s Katch has won numerous awards and is just as good, if not better than some of the luxurious brands of caviar imported from Russia or Iran. The best part is the cost. One can purchase a two- ounce tin of caviar starting at $25.90. That is almost a 70 percent difference than some Beluga brands from Russia. So this New Years, why not serve this caviar with a nice bottle of champagne. Your guests will love it!
