This pear, gorgonzola pecan salad looks great. It looks fresh, and something that would cool you right down on a warm spring/summer day. I will make when the weather is a little warmer and will let you know how it all turns out.

I make variations of this salad quite often, and they are always a hit with family and company. Light and refreshing too, don’t you think?
