Watercolor Stationary

March 2, 2010

Personalize your “Thank You” or note cards by using a ruler and watercolors.  Here I used 140 lb. cold press watercolor paper (6″ x 6″),  blue and green watercolors, a ruler and brush to create this geometric designed cards. First lay down the ruler on the paper in the direction you would like to go. Then butt up the brush to the ruler as you make your brush stroke.  NOTE: It’s important between each line to clean the ruler off so you do not smudge or leave unexpected spots.
