Chili and Lime Shrimp
This CHILI AND LIME SHRIMP could be a little Thai or a little Mexican depending on how you care to look at it. Regardless, this is a spicy and inviting appetizer your guests will love.
1 lb shrimp
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 lime, 6-8 wedges
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1. In a skillet, saute garlic with olive oil. When lightly brown, add shrimp, chili powder and lime wedges.
2. Cook for 5-7 minutes, making sure to stir occasionally so not burn.
3. When serving, add cilantro and a dash of chili powder on top for garnishing.
