Portobello Tapenade

What a delicious spread for your bread.  This PORTOBELLO TAPENADE is simple to make and only takes minutes to prepare.

2 large portobello mushrooms, chopped
5 black olives, pitted
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon italian parsley
1 tablespoon oregano

1.  In a skillet on high heat, cook the mushrooms with olive oil and garlic for 5-7 minutes.

2.  In a food processor combine all the ingredients and blend until paste consistence.

SERVING: 1/2 cup | TIME: 10 minutes
