Melon, Mint and Prosciutto Salad

This sweet and slightly salty  MELON, MINT AND PROSCIUTTO  SALAD is ideal for those warm months.  It only takes minutes to make.

1 whole cantaloupe
1 whole honeydew
10 mint leaves
1/2 cup prosciutto, small cubes (you can find at grocery store already cut up)

1.  Cut in half and remove seeds of both cantaloupe and honeydew. Cut away using a melon baller and place in medium bowl.

2.  Break up mint and mix in with prosciutto.

SEVERS: 6-8  | TIME: 10 minutes
