Not Three But Four Bean Salad
With the addition of another bean, you can turn this traditional three bean salad into an incredible FOUR BEAN SALAD.
1 can of green beans, drained
1 can of yellow wax beans, drained
1 can of red kidney beans, drained
1 can of garbanzo beans, drained
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium red onion, diced
1 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon tarragon, finely chopped
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Combine all the ingredients in large bowl and mix. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with lid or plastic. It’s better if you do early in the morning or the night before so beans can soak up the liquid.
