Taste the sea in this recipe for LOBSTER ROLLS. This New England classic is met with Cajun spices to create a lobster roll worthy of any sea captain or first mate.
8 ounce lobster meat, chopped, Craig’s All Natural used
2 tablespoons chives, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
1 1/2 tablespoon, stone mustard
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 lemon’s juice
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
dash of pepper
4 hot dog or hoagie rolls
1. Pre-heat oven to broil or toaster.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together, except the lobster. When mixed, add lobster meat.
3.. On a cookie sheet, place rolls open facing up and lightly brown. When done take out and let cool slightly.
4. Spoon in lobster to each roll.
