Acorn Squash with Brown Sugar
Every year my mom makes this scrumptious ACORN SQUASH RECIPE. Prep time is minimal and could not be easier to make.
4 acorn squash (cut in half and seeds removed)
4 tablespoons butter
8 teaspoons brown sugar
dash of cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place all 8 halves on baking sheet. Divide the butter and brown sugar between all evenly. A dash of cinnamon to each too. Cook for one hour or until soft through the middle.
