Herbed Steak

This is a simple and delicious recipe for HERBED STEAK.

5 4-6 ounce fillet mingnon
2 tablespoons rosemary, chopped
2 tablespoons thyme, chopped
2 tablespoons oregano, chopped
1 tablespoon sage, chopped
1 tablespoon tarragon
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil


1.  Using 2 tablespoons of the olive oil, coat all the sides of steaks and then will salt.
2.  With the remaining spices combine and coat (pat) into both sides of each steak.
3.  With remaining tablespoon of olive oil, pour in a skillet on medium/high and cook to desired temperature.  Rare 8-10 minutes for rare up to 18-20 for well done.  Make sure to occasionally turn over.
